Phase 1 will consist of 450,000 gsf of high-rise office space, a structured parking deck and central energy plant. The master plan will consolidate all DHHS staff offices into one 3-phase complex on the Dorothea Dix property. Phase 1 is scheduled for completion by the end of 2025.
